you must pay me before i start
refunds are not available.
you may not claim that you created the finished work.
you may have one lineart / color adjustment during the sketch stage, and one color adjustment after i show you the finished product.
if you fail to claim a finished custom character from me within 72 hours, i will keep it and you will lose the rights to that character.
you may not sell custom characters for more than you paid for them unless extra art is included. you may trade or gift.

if you violate any of these rules or if you are on my "do not interact" list and try to order from me, you will be blacklisted.
